Meet Wren

Wren is a Long Beach resident and Long Beach City College (LBCC) student, who got his start riding with Long Beach Transit during his time at Millikan High School. 

Now an English major at LBCC, Wren relies on LBT daily to get to and from school, hangout with friends, and explore the city. 

“I started riding LBT in high school, but wasn’t a regular customer,” shared Wren. “This past year, I’ve used LBT almost daily to get to and from school and I consider myself an expert now.” 

Wren utilizes the GoPass Program at LBCC, which gives him unlimited rides on Long Beach Transit, LA Metro and other participating public transit agencies. When he’s not studying or hanging out with friends and family, Wren enjoys riding his bicycle around Long Beach. 

“It’s really convenient to get around Long Beach on my bike with the help of Long Beach Transit,” shared Wren. “If I ever get tired or need to go somewhere a little farther than I feel comfortable pedaling, I can always hop on the bus and load my bike on the bike rack.”
