If you need assistance planning your trip, you can contact our Customer Care team at 562.591.2301, Monday–Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
You can get in-person help at the Transit & Visitor Information Center in downtown Long Beach, Monday –Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
