Beginning Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, electronic real-time bus arrival signs at select bus stops will be temporarily offline while they are being replaced.

The TranSmart signs will remain out of service until further notice. Signs are located throughout the entire system mainly in the City of Long Beach.

Customers can continue to access real-time bus arrival information through the following options:

• Long Beach Transit Trip Planner: Visit ridelbt.com.
• Route-Specific Arrival Times: View your route at ridelbt.com/routes.
• Text for Next: Text “LBT” and your “stop #” to 41411 to see when your bus will arrive.
• Transit Apps: Use your preferred transit app, including Google Maps, Apple Maps, or the Transit app.
• Customer Care: Call 562.591.2301 for help planning your trip. The Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
