Due to extended construction on Atlantic Ave., there will be detours and bus stop closures on Long Beach Transit Route 61.
The detour will be from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. effective Thursday, Aug. 15, 2024, to Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024. No detour is expected on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2024, and Sunday, Aug. 18, 2024.
The detour will be on Atlantic Ave. from New York St. to Pacific Coast Hwy.
Signs will be posted directing customers to the alternative boarding locations at the impacted bus stop closures in the area.
