Meet Jennifer Robles

Jennifer Robles is the Administrative Assistant for the Customer Relations and Communications team. Jennifer was recently promoted after beginning her career at LBT as a Customer Care Agent. Congratulations, Jennifer! 

“My favorite part about my time at LBT so far has been the people I get to work with every day,” shared Jennifer. “In my time as a Customer Care Agent and on the Customer Relations and Communications team as an Administrative Assistant, I’ve gotten to work with some amazing team members, who have helped guide me along the way.” 

Jennifer is a Long Beach native, who grew up on the westside and relied on LBT to help get her to school from high school at Long Beach Poly through college at California State University, Long Beach. 

“I grew up utilizing public transit, so I always had an appreciation for the bus,” shared Jennifer. “After college, I knew that I wanted to work for an organization that helps support my community, so when I saw the opportunity to work for LBT I immediately applied.” 

In her free time Jennifer enjoys reading, spending time with family and going on long-distance runs.
