Meet Kenisha Taylor, one of Long Beach Transit’s Customer Care Agents who joined the team five years ago. As a member of the Customer Care Team, she assists customers with transit planning and information on LBT programs and services by telephone and in person.
Kenisha sees her role at LBT as an opportunity to serve her community. “I am the energy of the Customer Care team,” shared Kenisha. “I really love my job at Long Beach Transit and the daily challenges it comes with. My favorite part is the people I meet; it feels really rewarding getting to spread positivity to others and help my community get where they need to go.”
Kenisha’s passion for helping others led her to pursue a career at LBT. “I’ve been doing customer service for over 30 years. I never get tired of helping others out and getting to spread some good energy.”
Kenisha has lived in Long Beach her whole life and makes sure to give back to her community when she’s not working. During her free time, she regularly participates in neighborhood clean-ups, volunteers for elections, and enjoys spending time with her family watching football.
