Meet Robert Sosa

Robert is a bus operator at LBT who recently was honored as an Employee of the Month for his dedicated service to our customers and the community. Robert has been with LBT for 20 years getting his start in the Maintenance Department before making the transition to bus operator.  

“My favorite part about my job is the people I get to meet out on my route,” shared Robert. “The customers keep my job fun, and I know I’m helping get them to where they need to go every day.”  

Robert wants to let all our customers know, new or experienced, to not be afraid to talk to your bus operator.  

“We can help you get to where you want to go, even if it means sending you on a different route, so don’t be afraid to ask questions,” shared Robert. “As bus operators we know our service area like the back of our hand, we can even give you tips on where to eat and what restaurants to check out on your route.”  

In his free time, you can find Robert spending time with family and cheering on his favorite soccer team, the Los Angeles Galaxy.
