A: Yes! All of LBT’s battery-electric coaches, including Museum Express, can accommodate a wheelchair. Simply select a wheelchair-accessible ticket when purchasing your pass.
Q: How many tickets can I purchase?
A: There is a maximum of four tickets per purchase.
Q: Does the Museum Express pass also get me into the destination?
A: No, entrance fees at each destination are not included with your Museum Express pass.
Q: Can my small child come with me?
A: Lap-sitting children under the age of two ride complementary on the Museum Express.
Q: What happens if the trip is canceled?
A: If a trip is canceled, you will be refunded or advised of a rescheduled date. Notifications will be sent out to Museum Express pass holders via email for any updates.
