FAQ

Yes! All of LBT’s battery-electric coaches, including Museum Express, can accommodate a wheelchair. Simply select a wheelchair-accessible ticket when purchasing your pass.

There is a maximum of four tickets per purchase.

No, entrance fees at each destination are not included with your Museum Express pass.

Lap-sitting children under the age of two ride complimentary on the Museum Express.

If a trip is canceled, you will be refunded or advised of a rescheduled date. Notifications will be sent out to Museum Express pass holders via email for any updates.
