LBT will provide special AquaLink service to the F&M Bank Amphitheater on Friday, July 3, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Due to the event and special service, regular Water Taxi service will end early.
Independence Day, Saturday, July 4, 2026
On Saturday, July 4, 2026, AquaLink will end service at 8:45 p.m. upon arrival to the Queen Mary due to fireworks in the area. The last departing trip from Alamitos Bay is 7:45 p.m.

Long Beach’s most scenic ride is back for the season. Hop aboard AquaLink and AquaBus to cruise the harbor seven days a week, now through Labor Day, September 7, 2026.

Fare: $5 one-way
A relaxing, 30-minute cruise between Downtown Long Beach and Alamitos Bay. Food and drink service available on board!

To avoid citation or tow, AquaLink customers are encouraged to use the designated long-term parking area when departing from Alamitos Bay Landing.
Fare: $1 one-way
Take a short and scenic trip to Rainbow Harbor’s hot spots. One full round-trip is about 20 minutes.

Follow Catalina Express parking signs to the Queen Mary Dock.
- AquaLink Travel Notice: All customers will be asked to deboard at Aquarium Dock 4 after 3:00 p.m. due to a scheduled crew break. View the notice.
- AquaLink boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure times. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your planned departure time.
- AquaBus boarding begins 10 minutes prior to departure times. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your planned departure time.
- Boarding is on a first come, first board basis and boats often meet full capacity.
- Service is subject to weather conditions. To confirm if service is operating, please call Customer Care at 562.591.2301 or check LBT’s Twitter for more information.
- Strollers, bikes and wheelchairs are welcome aboard both vessels. However, space is limited on the AquaBus.

- Food and beverages are available for purchase on the AquaLink. View the full menu.
- If you plan on paying fare with cash, ensure you have exact change before boarding. Water Taxi crew is not able to make change.
- If you plan on paying with the RideLBT app, please review the How to Pay section before your trip.
- Service animals are permitted aboard Water Taxis. Companion animals are also permitted aboard if they are secured in an appropriate carrier.
AquaLink and AquaBus are accessible, including people in motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs. This includes:
- Ramps at all stops
- A hand-crank chairlift at Aquarium of the Pacific, Dock 4
- Reserved space inside and on the back deck of AquaLink
- Accessibility at all points of pickup for the AquaBus
If you plan on paying fare with cash, ensure you have exact change before boarding. Water Taxi crew is not able to make change.
AquaLink One-Way Fare: $5.00 (Roundtrip $10.00)
AquaBus One-Way Fare: $1.00 (Roundtrip $2)
Fare for children aged 2 and under is complimentary.
