Due to construction at CSULB, Long Beach Transit will detour several routes serving campus and have bus stop closures from Monday, June 10, 2024, to Friday, July 26, 2024.
Westbound Routes 91, 92, 93, 94 and 121, and Eastbound Route 171, will be affected. The closures will be along Beach Dr. and West Campus Dr.
Bus stops that will be closed along Beach Dr. and West Campus Dr.:
- Bus stop #0531 at Beach Dr. and Earl Warren Dr./Determination Dr. that service Westbound Routes. 91, 92, 93 and 121, and Eastbound Route 171.
- Bus stop #0532 at Beach Dr. and W. Campus Dr. that service Westbound Routes 91, 92 and 121, and Eastbound Route 171.
- Bus stop #0545 at W. Campus Dr. near Liberal Arts Building 2 that service Westbound Routes 91, 92, 93 and 121, and Eastbound Route 171.
- Bus stop #1101 at Bellflower Blvd. and Atherton St. that service Westbound Routes 91, 92, 93 and 121.
Students and customers who wish to arrive and depart at CSULB can use the following alternate boarding locations:
- Temporary bus stop at the Northwest corner of Beach Dr. and Earl Warren Dr./Determination Dr. for Westbound Routes 91, 92, 93, 94 and 121, and Eastbound Route 171.
- Bus stop #0518 at Bellflower Blvd. and Anaheim Rd. for Eastbound Route 171.
- Bus stop #0537 at 7th St. and Channel Dr. for Westbound Routes 91, 92 and 93.
- Bus stop #1469 at Channel Dr. and 7th St. for Westbound Route 121 and Eastbound Route 171.
- Bus stops will not be impacted for Eastbound Routes 91, 92, 93, 94 and 121 and Westbound Route 171.
Signs will be posted directing customers to the alternative boarding locations at the impacted bus stop closures in the area.
