Take a 40-minute trip across the bay between Downtown Long Beach and Alamitos Bay aboard the selfie-framing AquaLink.

To avoid citation or tow, AquaLink customers are encouraged to use the designated long-term parking area when departing from Alamitos Bay Landing.

Aquabus
Fare: $1 one-way
Take a short and scenic trip to Rainbow Harbor’s hot spots. One full round-trip is about 20 minutes.

- AquaLink boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure times. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your planned departure time.
- AquaBus boarding begins 10 minutes prior to departure times. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your planned departure time.
- Boarding is on a first come, first board basis and boats often meet full capacity.
- Service is subject to weather conditions. To confirm if service is operating, please call Customer Care at 562.591.2301 or check LBT’s Twitter for more information.
- Strollers, bikes and wheelchairs are welcome aboard both vessels. However, space is limited on the AquaBus.

- Service animals are permitted aboard water taxis. Companion animals are also permitted aboard if they are secured in an appropriate carrier.

AquaLink and AquaBus are accessible, including people in motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs. This includes:
- Ramps at all stops
- A hand-crank chairlift at Aquarium of the Pacific, Dock 4
- Reserved space inside and on the back deck of AquaLink
- Accessibility at all points of pickup for the AquaBus
- Fare:
- AquaLink One-Way: $5.00 (Roundtrip $10.00)
- AquaBus One-Way: $1.00 (Roundtrip $2)
- Fare for children aged 2 and under is complimentary.

- Please note: TAP cards, including the GoPass TAP card, are not accepted on LBT water taxis.

Each pass will need to be activated individually when boarding.
DO NOT ACTIVATE YOUR MOBILE PASS UNTIL YOU’RE ON THE BOAT to avoid the pass timing out.
The water taxi crews are unable to process refunds or adjust passes. For any requests, please call Customer Care at 562.591.2301.
If you have passes in your app wallet and lose or replace your phone, please call Customer Care to release your passes to your new phone.
